DMS has a large and progressive portfolio of welding technology.

 

All our welding procedure qualifications are third party approved by Zurich certification which are members of the CEOC authorizing committee.

 

All welding procedures are dual certificated for ASME IX and BS EN 288 and cover a wide range of materials in varying thickness and where appropriate, diameters.

 

Below is a list of materials for which we have approved welding procedures.

 

Stainless steels (304 & 316 types)

        TIG, Flux cored MIG and MMA

Duplex (includes comprehensive corrosion testing)

Carbon Steel (including fine grain and low temperature)

In addition to the above, we also hold a number of dissimilar metal welding procedures including,

Our welding activities are not restricted to the above as we also weld a number of other materials which include Aluminium, copper and Nickel alloys.

 

DMS utilizes modern welding equipment including inverter based synergic MIG, pulsed inverter TIG and Syncrowave SCR`s.

 

We have a selection of welding manipulators and rotators which are used whenever possible to help us produce high quality welds coupled with excellent visual appearances.

 

A large part of our business is in the production of pressure vessels for a wide variety of applications as well as the welding of sub-sea hydraulic control equipment for the oil industry.
