One of the recognised strengths of DMS is the ability to produce quality fabrications ranging from the very simple sheet metal component, to quite complex process plant and equipment fabrications, often incorporating proprietary items and electronic control systems.

Pressure vessel manufacture is another area which we specialise in, ranging from light-weight UV chambers to pressure vessels and instrumentation chambers, all utilizing approved welding procedures ( please see the welding page for more information).

Accuracy of fabrication is an important requirement for our customers and so whenever possible we produce our fabrications and machinery with a high content of laser profiled components, this gives us excellent accuracy and fit-up during manufacture.

Our process plant customers have found that DMS staff are flexible and adaptable when engaged on their projects especially on some of the vessel & pipework skid units, often requiring us to work from schematic diagrams only.

Quality of workmanship and the overall appearance are also important to us and we are quite proud of the fabrications and machinery that we produce here, this quality is consistent and so our customers know exactly what to expect when placing an order.

Although we are stainless steel fabricators a lot of our contracts will have some carbon steel content, and to avoid cross contamination as much as possible we source from a  number of approved subcontractors to supply us with these usually fully finished sub-assemblies.
